  Having renovated two bathrooms in the last year, it's been a pleasure to deal with them. I dealt with Maria and found her product knowledge and practical advice on design and colour very helpful. If you are planning on renovating, I would highly recommend this place. Looks like it is hard to stop there, but just look out for their rooftop parking up the ramp.

  Amazing Service from Maria who helped us with our order. Nothing was a problem and everything went so smoothly. By far the easiest company I worked with throughout whole bathroom renovation. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

  Terrible! They almost got our order wrong both the type of tiles and the mitre of the coping. Correct measurements were given to the shop but they incorrectly calculated the lineal meters and did not order enough. Shop was asked if they had more of the same batch, we were told yes but had to cover the extra cost ourselves. Then the wrong batch of tiles was ordered by them but they did not check prior that they were right. We had to collect them and when pointed out that they don’t look right, the manager shrugged it off and said it’s probably just dust. We got them home and they were the wrong colour and size!!! When trying to contact them, they kept dodging our calls. We then had to keep following up with them and then even had to provide them with the solution to the problem they caused.
  When picking up the correct tiles....no offer of delivery, the customer service was sarcastic and not helpful at all! All of these errors and not one apology. Over $4k spent and gutted at the service. We have 2 more large areas that require tiling and we will not be returning to them ever.

  Color Tile showroom offers a beautiful range of Interior & Exterior tiles. The products are well priced and astecically pleasing, and as an Interior Designer that is so important. I have worked with many different tile companies in the past and find Color Tile to be one of the best!!
  The staff are extremely helpful and are there to spend the time with you if needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending my Clients or anyone who is selecting for that special project. Thank you Color Tile for always following up and providing me with great service.
