  Good customer service when you go to buy and very respectful and the quality of bed frames is good but I wasn’t happy with the mattresses. We had a bad experience when we ordered plush mattresses and they sent us medium or firm mattresses of a complete different brand. They confirmed that they sent plush. The mattresses they sent were not like the one we tried at the shop. Given you get 30 days change of mind on mattress , I called them back and they said they will organise something, never heard back since. This happened around may 2020. Now my back hurts when I sleep on their mattresses. Given I spent almost 1000 on each matter in size double. I’m very disappointed and cut as I could have bought the nicest mattress from anywhere for the same price.

  Amazing customer service! I was struggling to find a good bed at the big brands and it felt like they kept pushing products I didn’t need, when I went into Sleep Doctor Dee Why John and Tim really knew what they were talking about and helped me find the perfect bed for my body type at such a great price! I would highly recommend Sleep Doctor Dee Why to anyone who likes professional and kind service and who need a good quality bed!

  This was my first time buying a bed, having also just moved internationally so I was a little nervous. John made everything much easier, advising on the purchase and clearly communicating delivery & assembly times. Really happy!

  I have had a chronic back problem for about 10 years after perforating a disc in my lower back. This resulted in having to manage intermittent muscle tightness in my lower back and hips. I discovered that my mattress was a key factor in keeping my back in a relatively healthy state. The problem I had was finding a quality mattress. I have spent many thousands of dollars on various mattresses, many of them ended up being a waste of money.
  
  I also bought from retailers who promised quality assurance and warranties, but later discovered they weren't so interested in helping after the mattress was used. For that reason I was naturally cautious when I went to see John at the Sleep Doctor (Dee Why). However, not only was John extremely patient and informative when helping me find the right mattress. But he also offered a 100 day trial.
  
  Although at the time, I was convinced I chose the right mattress (it was a beautiful mattress and so comfortable and of very high quality, but it just didn't provide the support my back needs), after sleeping on it for a couple of months, my back deteriorated and I was getting tightness. When I went back to see John he was amazing. I'm not sure what the financial implications were, but he seemed more concerned that the mattress wasn't a good fit for me. He made several recommendations, including a free trial for an adjustable recliner for my existing mattress (worth approx $1500). John also delivered it free of charge, which I used for a few months but unfortunately, that didn't do the job either.
  
  I eventually decided on a different mattress which I received just last week. I felt an immediate improvement with the new mattress and my back is feeling much better again. I am so happy with my new mattress and grateful for my experience with John. He is clearly passionate about helping his customers find the right mattress.
  
  It was pleasure doing business with John and I really appreciated his sincerity and integrity. Safe to say, I would recommend The Sleep Doctor in Dee Why to anyone looking for a mattress or bed frame.

  AMAZING SERVICE from start to finish!
  
  Finding a good quality bed is very difficult- the amount of mattresses available online is also especially overwhelming.
  John from Dee Why Sleep Doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
  He helped pick a great mattress, sorted out my bed unit, gave me great, honest options, and was very punctual!
  Bed was delivered by two young lovely local boys who were professional set the bed up for me.
  Most importantly- Covid friendly!
  Was easy, and overall a great experience !
  Thanks Sleep Doc! Great business!
