Granted, my situation is not easy : i lived in canada, then came back in Australia to fill up my taxes. i waited several weeks before hearing back from them (i had to send multiple followup emails), and although i paid in full for my tax return, the numbers kept changing..I'm actually not confident in their ability to handle my tax return. They may be alright if your situation is absolutely simple. Anything past that, forget it. Worth mentioning too their customer service is terrible : the person handling my taxes was also the receptionist, and i lodged a complaint may 26, no feedback so far..It's been a month now...
